The purpose of this Confidentiality Policy is to describe how JSC Insurance Company Euroins processes the information and data you provide for us. With this document, we would like to share with you the basis and purpose for which we collect and process your personal data and the legal and technical means by which we protect them. By accepting the Confidentiality Policy, you acknowledge and declare that you understand and agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

- Personal number: a personal 11-digit number or document number, which is indicated in your ID card or passport;
- Personal characteristics: information related to your specific characteristics/features, such as age, gender, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, etc.);
- User activity data: information such as any records of your communication with us as a user, visits to our portal, website or customer service office, activated and purchased services and products, IP address, device information, payment information;
- Survey-related information: information related to the questions we ask you and your responses to the survey we organize, including the quality of our service, satisfaction and requirements;
- Financial information: financial situation; status and financial activity history; credit history; creditworthiness; history of using financial products in the company; financial history, including arrears; income information; account-related information, including bank account number;
- Log-in history: In order to improve the functionality of the Services and provide a better user experience, we collect technical information transmitted by your device (e.g., history of products you have purchased, login time, etc.).

I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data, namely: name and surname, personal identification number, passport number, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number, gender, IP address, device information, payment information for the purpose of offering/providing the product and/or any other relevant service specified in the contract, to be collected/processed, stored, archived by JSC Insurance Company Euroins Georgia. I also hereby consent to the collection, recording, organization, storage, modification, restoration, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion or destruction of my personal data.
This consent is given by me of my own free will and serves my interest.

Consent for direct marketing purposes
I hereby consent and authorize JSC Insurance Company Euroins Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) to process my personal data, namely: name, surname, phone number and e-mail address, for the purpose of sending me advertisements/offers and to send me advertisements/offers to my phone number and e-mail address.
I am informed that the processing of my personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Georgia On Personal Data Protection, is solely subject to my consent.
My consent is given for an indefinite period, until its revocation. In addition, I am informed that I can withdraw the aforementioned consent at any time, request the termination of the processing of my personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, as well as the receipt of advertisements/offers, by sending an e-mail to the Company via mail ([email protected]) or by calling the hotline (+995 32 2 20 88 88/+995 32 2 20 33 33).
Also, by using the opt-out mechanism when receiving a specific advertisement/offer at a telephone number or e-mail address or by writing an application to any service center. In this case, the Company will stop processing my personal data for direct marketing purposes within a reasonable period of time, but no later than 7 (seven) business days after receiving my request.
The time and fact of giving consent and withdrawing consent are recorded and stored by the Company for the period of direct marketing and for 1 (one) year after the termination of direct marketing.
